Out Boulder County Non-Discrimination Policy
Out Boulder County’s non-discrimination policy applies to all Out Boulder County board members, volunteers, employees, contractors, and clients.
Out Boulder County follows an equal opportunity policy and does not discriminate in recruiting volunteers, board members, employees, or in serving clients.
Out Boulder County prohibits discrimination based on age, ancestry, color, creed, gender variance, genetic characteristics or information, marital status, mental disability, national origin, documentation status, physical disability, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or any other protected characteristic under any applicable federal, state, or local laws prohibiting discrimination.
This policy applies to hiring, internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, employment separation, relationships with outside vendors and customers, board recruitment and membership, use of contractors and consultants, and in dealing with clients and the general public.
