Connecting Boulder County’s LGBT Community Since 1994

Boulder Out Leadership Development for LGBT Youth

Based on the “best practices” resiliency model, the goal of Out Boulder’s youth programming is to help youth thrive and flourish in their personal lives, and in the broader community, now and in the future. BOLD offers opportunities for leadership, social justice education and advocacy, volunteerism, social events, and special projects. A key project of BOLD is the annual Film Project: From writing a screenplay to shooting and editing, LGBT and Allied youth work with a filmmaker to create their own films, which are then shared with the community.
