Connecting Boulder County’s LGBT Community Since 1994

Health and Wellness

Out Boulder’s Health and Wellness program offers diverse, holistic opportunities for LGBT and Allied people to connect and focus on their physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial health. We offer community-led workshops, outdoor activities, speakers, and more to support our community’s health. Examples include an LGBT parents’ group, workshops led by a health coach, gatherings at the local dog park, and classes on the pros and cons of home-ownership. If you have an idea for a workshop, activity or speaker, please contact jspolnik@outboulder.org.
