Li Brookens is a licensed clinical social worker working in the mental health field for the past ten years. Li has specialized training in working with the GLBTQ population, Trans and Genderqueer population, young adults, and with people suffering from anxiety and depression. Li received a Master of Social Work degree from Smith College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Li has trained and worked for numerous agencies including Project WISE, the Gender Identity Center and the University of Colorado’s Wardenburg Psychological Health and Psychiatry.
Li is a member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association (AGPA), the Colorado Society for Clinical Social Work (CSCSW), National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
