Out Boulder County is very excited to announce our Show Your Glow LGBTQ+ Youth Dance! The dance will take place on May 3rd at the YMCA of Northern Colorado. Our dance is for LGBTQ+ youth and allies aged 12-18, and our goal is to provide a queer-friendly social space for youth who have often been marginalized by traditional school dances and proms. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that our dance is free to attend, and we have no dress requirements. If you want to dress casually, that is welcome. If you would like to arrive in formal wear, that is also welcome. For anyone that needs a break, there will be a Wallflower area. We will provide free food that meets a variety of dietary needs, and a DJ will be in charge of catering to any song requests! We will have activity booths like face painting and crown making, and the theme is Neon Fantasy, so be prepared to Show Your Glow! We look forward to seeing you there!
