LGBTQ Self Defense Class - Jan 31

This LGBTQ All-Gender class is available to people 16 and older of all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations. LGBTQ-identified people are targeted at higher rates of violence and this class provides a safe space to explore the history of trauma in these communities while honoring the individuality of our powerful students. Youth Program Featuring Co-Facilitator Ash Beckham

Creative Writing & Performance on Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6 pm. This program is designed for youth of all skill levels who are interested in writing and performing. We'll write poems, monologues and story-telling.

Coming Out Support Group @ the Pridehouse

A weekly support group dedicated to providing a safe space for LGBTQ questioning or identifying individuals looking for support as they navigate the coming out process to friends and family. Peer-led. More info

Yoga for Diversity - 2nd & 4th Thursdays

This lunchtime class is designed to empower participants while addressing their particular needs and reflect their identities. Thoughtful, intelligent & safe, this bi-weekly class guides students through an introduction to yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath) and sequencing. More info

This group is open to anyone that has a gender variant identity, including Transgender, Genderqueer, Gender Fluid, Agender and Gender Non-Conforming people.  We also support Intersex people and people who are questioning their identity and don't want to label themselves yet (or at all).  More information
