Supporting Transgender Family and Friends (SOFFA)
2nd & 4th Mondays, 7-8pm via Zoom
The SOFFA Support Group is a drop-in style group for people in relationship (romantic, friendly, familial, co-working, etc.) with transgender and gender expansive people. While the support group is not a therapy process group, it may be therapeutic. Each group member will have an opportunity to share, connect with others, and explore their relationships with transgender and gender expansive people. The trained group facilitators create space to acknowledge and meet each member as they are while also providing evidence-based knowledge about transgender and gender expansive people that promote mental health for all.
Please complete the registration form for the Supporting Transgender Family and Friends (SOFFA) group to receive the Zoom link for the group.
